Terms & Conditions (Potty Pocket™)
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
Welcome to Potty Pocket™ (the “Site”), owned and operated by Jily’s, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, taglines, and designs, are the intellectual property of Jily’s, LLC.
• Trademarks: Potty Pocket™ and Go Hands Free℠, along with any related logos and slogans, are trademarks and service marks of Jily’s, LLC.
• Pending Patents: The Potty Pocket™ product is subject to pending patent protection in the United States.
• Restrictions: No part of this Site or its content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.
2. Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
• Misuse the Site or attempt to access unauthorized areas.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without permission.
3. Product Sales via Shopify
All online sales are processed through Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
• Accuracy: Ensure all account, payment, and shipping information is complete and accurate.
• Payments: You authorize Shopify’s secure payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
• Shipping: Orders are fulfilled in accordance with our posted Shipping Policy.
• During the pre-order period, products will ship as they become available.
• After the pre-order period, products will generally ship within four (4) weeks of the order date, unless otherwise specified.
• Bulk orders of more than 20 units and custom orders will receive a separate estimated shipping date, provided directly by Jily’s, LLC.
• All shipping dates provided are estimates only and may be subject to change. Jily’s, LLC reserves the right to adjust shipping dates as needed due to availability, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information (if available).
• Refunds & Exchanges:
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and the payment is processed successfully.
• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange by contacting us at info@pottypocket.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.
• Eligibility for exchanges or replacement product(s) will be determined at the sole discretions of Jily’s, LLC .
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• If an exchange or replacement is authorized, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange or replacement product to you with in four (4) weeks. Shipping the defective product back to Jily’s, LLC is the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment providers.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jily’s, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the intended use, improper use, or inability to use the Site. In addition, Jilly’s , LLC shall not be liable for use, installation, or removal of products including incidental or consequential damages to the owners property or users property. Potty Pocket product is designed to temporarily hold most smart phones or similar devices safely while in the restroom. Potty Pocket is not intended for any other use.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
