Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and the payment is processed successfully.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange by contacting us at info@pottypocket.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.

Eligibility for exchanges or replacement product(s) will be determined at the sole discretions of Jily’s, LLC .

If an exchange or replacement  is authorized, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange or replacement product to you with in four (4) weeks. Shipping the defective product back to Jily’s, LLC is the responsibility of the customer.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange.


We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”  ( 09/01/2025)
