Refunds & Exchanges:
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and the payment is processed successfully.
• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange by contacting us at info@pottypocket.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.
• Eligibility for exchanges or replacement product(s) will be determined at the sole discretions of Jily’s, LLC .
• If an exchange or replacement is authorized, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange or replacement product to you with in four (4) weeks. Shipping the defective product back to Jily’s, LLC is the responsibility of the customer.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” ( 09/01/2025)
Shipping Policy (Potty Pocket™)

Thank you for your interest in Potty Pocket™. We want you to feel confident when placing your order and to know exactly what to expect in terms of shipping and delivery. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.
1. Pre-Order Period
During the pre-order period, Potty Pocket™ products will be shipped as they become available. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability.
2. Standard Shipping (Post Pre-Order Period)
Once the pre-order period ends, products will generally be shipped within four (4) weeks of the order date, unless otherwise specified at checkout or in your order confirmation.
3. Bulk and Custom Orders
• Orders of more than twenty (20) units and any customized orders will receive a separate estimated shipping date.
• Jily’s, LLC will notify you of the expected shipping timeframe for these orders.
4. Estimated Shipping Dates
• All shipping dates provided are estimates only and may be subject to change.
• Jily’s, LLC reserves the right to alter shipping dates as needed due to availability, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If significant changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers promptly.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information, if available.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
